This course provides employees of all levels with a basic
awareness of the kind of incidents their company could be
faced with and the response such incidents might elicit from
the media.
The course centers around practical telephone training which allows employees to simulate their responses to unsolicited incoming media calls at the time of a crisis.
Everybody is given the opportunity to answer calls and responses
are analysed and discussed as appropriate.
Participants are also trained how to effectively manage
a situation where the media might be waiting outside their
homes or offices.
